Careers
At our organization, we value many things such as innovation, leadership and personal commitment. Our growth and success are a direct result of our employees, whose great commitments have shown to create a solid foundation for public integrity to help build our peers, volunteers, partner organizations and our donators. Our goal is to reach new horizons and unlimited opportunities together. Being part of Caritamo Foundation means:
We emphasize humanity and volunteerism. We believe that our members should be sensitized to world problems and aware of their important mission in leading the world to better understanding humanity, which they are entitled under the UN and UNICEF conventions on the human rights.
We believe that success comes from teamwork. While individual talent is a fundamental element, teamwork within our organization is a great asset as together, with our network and society, we build on our component of achievements. Our team should bring the maximum of yield, efficiency, commitment and passion for success. Our new vision gives us a sense of direction and destination. It captures our aspiration of being the best we can be. It is the basis, for what we all stand as one organization. Our vision and our reformulated human values guide the choices and decisions our employees make every day. The values are memorable and speak for themselves. They epitomize Caritamo, because they reflect our organization's culture and values.
Join a fast-paced work environment with our group of talented, energetic people who make things happen. Our informal, productive atmosphere encourages innovation and initiative. Take part in a variety of company-sponsored events to learn, inspire or just have fun.
Our work policy, generally requires that our future employees should commit a certain number of volunteer hours. This experience gives us the opportunity of evaluating each other with a passionate eye, a closer contact and studying all potentials together. We are committed to ongoing employee learning and development through volunteering/training programs and self-learning opportunities. Wherever possible, we recruit and promote from within.
